You should look into Dan Bricklin’s Note Taker HD. It lets you WRITE efficiently with your finger! I
Re: GoodReader–I am using it in conjunction with Synk Pro to load files. Synk Pro will automatically mount a volume that’s set for syncing so it is super-easy to use with GR.
