Sparky's Excellent WWDC Adventure

I’m in San Francisco this week for Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference. I’m not actually attending the conference but instead will be splitting my time between meeting with my geek-related clients in town and attending the extra-curricular WWDC festivities. I’ll keep a a photo diary this week and here are the first few entries. I’ll be updating this gallery throughout the week so keep checking back. I’ll keep a link in the right margin for the rest of the week.

Here is the signage at Moscone Center. I think the way every thing has a dark background means we’re getting a dark mode on iOS and (probably) macOS. I also wouldn’t be surprised to see the colors of those letters show up in iOS as well.

Hidden Skates

I saw my friend Serenity Caldwell and she had a pair of roller skates slung over her shoulder which is just one more piece of evidence proving that Ren is pretty awesome.

The New Apple Store

I visited the new San Francisco Apple Store. Those plates of glass in front of the building are ginormous. Apple apparently has a lot of expertise in great big panels of glass as well as small ones.
